• Technical data: basic log information such as IP address and browser type, used for security and fraud prevention

• To process and deliver your purchases

We share the minimum necessary information with the payment processors and network/disco providers required to complete your transactions (for example, sending your phone number to a network provider to deliver airtime). These partners are only given what they need to fulfil that specific request.

Passwords are stored using industry-standard one-way hashing. Wallet transactions are processed through secure, encrypted connections. While we take reasonable steps to protect your data, no online service can guarantee absolute security.

We retain account and transaction records for as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period afterward as required for financial record-keeping and dispute resolution.

You can review and update your account details from your dashboard at any time. To request deletion of your account or data, contact us via the Contact page — note that we may need to retain certain transaction records where required by law.
