These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of ATD DATA SUB (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
ATD DATA SUB lets registered users fund a personal wallet and use the balance to purchase airtime, data bundles, cable TV subscriptions and electricity tokens from supported providers. We act as a reseller/intermediary between you and the underlying network or disco — we are not the network provider itself.
You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
Wallet funds are added via bank transfer, card payment or a dedicated virtual account, and are only usable within the Service to pay for supported products. Once a purchase (airtime, data, cable TV or electricity) is confirmed and successfully delivered to the recipient number, meter or smartcard you provided, it is final — see our Refund Policy for what happens if a purchase fails.
You are responsible for double-checking the phone number, meter number or smartcard number you enter before confirming a purchase. We are not liable for purchases delivered to an incorrect number that was entered correctly by you but was not the number you intended.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
We work to keep the Service available and deliveries instant, but we depend on third-party networks and payment processors that are outside our control. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service, and we are not liable for delays or failures caused by those third parties.
Prices for airtime, data, cable and electricity products are displayed before you confirm a purchase and may change at any time without prior notice. The price shown at the time you confirm a purchase is the price you pay.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ATD DATA SUB is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific transaction giving rise to the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
